Uber Chef Neil Perry's latest project in the Sydney CBD is a more casual version of his famous Rockpool restaurants. "A Western Steakhouse Rockpool style" was the description given to me by Head Sommelier David Lawler from Rockpool Melbourne; somehow I don't think there'll be any sawdust on the floor (although perhaps some line dancing of one form or another)...

Our friends Liquid Ideas in Sydney invited us to produce the e-invite for the opening of this beautiful new restaurant. Six of the World's top Chefs will join forces to produce the menu and cook for this evening. All proceeds from the event go to Starlight Children's Foundation to assuage any guilt from this decidedly hedonistic dining experience.

We were approached to help create a campaign and unified brand aesthetic that translated seamlessly from magazines, to gift cards, through to store signage applications.

The solution focuses on what is 'essential' in the kitchen, but unique to the Essential experience: exposing the audience to exotic ingredients and the important, associated culinary trivia.
