The Three Rivers Specialty Meats Co. was born to introduce the concept of seasonal Lamb to a consumer base who is used to eating “lamb” year-round. TRSMCo. will be releasing a traditional Spring Lamb, a Summer Lamb and a Saltbush Lamb which is reared on the saltbush plant imparting it with a unique flavour and texture.

Since launching in February 2016, Three Rivers has become the preferred lamb brand at IDES, Peter Bouchier Butchers, Union Dining, Saint Urban, Mister Bianco, Ladro Gertrude and Collins Kitchen at the Grand Hyatt. It’s also stocked at Skinner & Hackett in Carlton North and the Main Course Butchery in Echuca.
Three Rivers was recently named a 2016 Delicious Produce Award State Winner.
