Guided by Maddison Architects’ Mid-Century Japanese-inspired interior design, we created a fresh brand identity for the established Japanese restaurant ‘Chocolate Buddha’ located in Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square.

Taking inspiration from the restaurant’s unique location, the identity references the vernacular of a Japanese train station in its wayfinding, typography and graphic styling.
